Music Producer
fae Aberdeenshire
My art is primarily, but not exclusively, inspired by the people and places of the North-East of Scotland.
Our personal stories are the paths that bind us. I love to make music that evokes human connection and community.

The relationship with ones roots can often be complex. As I have grown as an artist, I have come to appreciate the beauty of my mother tongue and the place where I grew up – Aberdeenshire.
With this project I aim to use the Doric Scots dialect in a contemporary context. I believe that everyone should feel empowered to create in their own voice – to explore fresh perspectives and reach new audiences.
The aesthetic of my sound is mainly electronic, created from manipulation of organic elements. I love to include aspects of the folk music that I grew up listening to with my Grandfather, as this has reintegrated into my musical identity as I have developed as a creator.
In addition to my Celtic roots, I am deeply influenced by the innovations in electronic and popular music made by artists of African Diasporas. I have a deep passion for music, and the connections and conversations that can be developed through art.
I love to collaborate
and keep in touch.
